The Fleet Care Home is a newly refurbished care home, based in the picturesque town of Dartmouth, providing exceptional levels of around-the-clock Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care and Respite Care. Offering up to 39 residents a luxury home-from-home in a peaceful part of Devon, our purpose-built care home allows for qualified nursing and care teams to provide the highest levels of care and are on hand 24-hours a day to support all residents and ensure they live a happy, fulfilled life.
