Overview

ReachOut Supported Living is located within Burton-on-Trent and is part of Care Worldwide (Staffordshire) Limited. Currently we support people in two shared houses: The White Lodge on Rosliston Road and Park Lodge on Heath Road. They are both just a few minutes from Hill Lodge Residential Care Home and The ILC hub.
