I’ve been living at this care home for several months now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I receive. Samantha and Mandy, along with the entire staff, have gone above and beyond to make sure I feel safe, comfortable, and understood. Their kindness and dedication are evident in everything they do, from the thoughtful activities to the personalised care. Thank you all for making this place feel like home.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Tulipa House for the excellent care my loved one has received. The staff here is truly exceptional—always attentive, compassionate, and patient. They’ve made a difficult time in our lives so much easier with their warm smiles and genuine concern for my mum's well-being. I couldn’t ask for better care, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has helped make this place feel like home for her.

My dad's been in the home for a few months now. He's got a nice room overlooking the garden. My dad's behaviour can be challenging because of his dementia. All the staff have been so great and understanding while caring for my dad, especially the carer who is a true gent. Food is good. Nursing care is good.
Mum was admitted for Palliative care after a fall. The nurses were shouting and bustling around, A nurse was downright rude to me. . There was a used continence pad lying on mums floor, Mums syringe driver was on the floor broken. A palliative care unit should be a quiet and respectful place. If i could of moved Mum i would havequiet quiet and eespe
Mum has been in Pinewood Lodge since 16th April since my Father died. She has dementia, is very sad and lost without him. Staff at Pinewood Lodge are exceptionally kind and caring. The rooms are always clean and tidy, although the toilet/washrooms-em-suite are dated, could do with updating. Laundry/labelling service is very good. A relatively quiet, stress-free care home. I am happy my Mother is in a clean, safe place with caring staff.
The Triangle Care Home has provided a wonderful, high-class care service for my mother for a long time, as well as providing a source of support for my father visiting her - making him feel part of their family. I have personally seen and felt how deeply the staff care for both of them.
My mum has been staying at Bramwell Care Home now for seven weeks, originally as respite care with the hope that she would want to stay permanently due to her having Alzheimer's and dementia. It took her only three days to decide that she did not want to come home. The manager did an amazing job in making Mum feel welcome and special on her first visit and I have not come across any member of the team who does not have a smile on their face and who treat Mum with respect and kindness. There is a real positive energy about the home and Mum has never been so busy with stimulating and fun activities. Nothing is too much trouble and visitors are made to feel so welcome and inclusive. I am sure that with such good care, mental stimulation, fabulous food and improved mood, I shall be able to enjoy my mum's company for many years to come. It is such a relief to know she is in such a fabulous place.
It was a lovely, friendly place. Mum looked forward to coming to see her friends and having a chat and go out on many visits
